Barefoot Rehabilitation and Strengthening

There are many reasons why you can have problems with your feet but the most common is due to weakness of the internal muscles of the foot. Barefoot rehabilitation classes help fix or prevent foot and lower leg conditions. Conditions such as hammer toe, neuromas, bunions, arch pain, flat feet, plantar fasciitis, ankle sprains and forefoot pain can all be improved dramatically with barefoot strengthening and rehabilitation training. Barefoot classes suit any age and fitness level.
